Our warehouses are open Monday thru Friday from 9am-3pm EST. 

 

Estimated Order Processing Time

We generally process all orders on the same business day that we receive them. However, some orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed next business day.

Estimated Order Handling Time

 

Some items can take up to 72 hours before being shipped since they are shipped directly from the manufacturer, these include our Lenox Crystal and Picnic related items.

Estimated Delivery Time

We try our best to ship all orders on the same day they come in but some items can take up to 72 hours to be handled before shipped (see 'Estimated Order Handling Time' above). You need to factor in the Estimated Order Processing Time + Estimated Order Handling Time + Delivery Method to understand when your order will arrive.

Orders are generally shipped same day and in most cases by next day. Depending on your location and the product ordered they should arrive within 3-5 days.

International Shipping

We only ship within the United States but we're happy to recommend Borderlinx for international customers. We are not affiliated with Borderlinx but we have received lots of positive feedback from previous customers that their services are simple and economical.
